Our approach is based on finite physical & biological facts. Old Town Fight Club (OTFC) in Monrovia has customized fitness programs for the leanest and healthiest possible you! We’re NOT here to give you a fad diet or a trendy workout scheme that leaves you under-fed and over-trained resulting in a lack of energy. What we do give you is optimum nutrition and smart training in an ongoing educational experience. We offer many different classes with the same goal in mind, to make you healthy and fit while preventing injury.
